Jeff Morrison, O.D.
Dr. Jeff Morrison was born and raised in western Kansas. He graduated at the top of his class at the University of Missouri, School of Optometry. Upon graduation he received numerous honors and awards for outstanding clinical and academic achievements. Upon graduation in 1993, he joined his father (Dr. Jim) in private practice in Colby, Kansas. Here he has special interest in the hard to fit contact lens patients, refractive surgery and diseases of the eye. He is involved with research on contact lenses and prides himself on being 'cutting-edge'.
Dr. Jeff serves on many boards in the church and community. He is active in Kiwanis and the local chamber of commerce. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachelle and their 5 children: 3 boys, Jaden, Carter, & Darius, and the twin girls - Kennedy and Campbell.
They all enjoy cycling, swimming, golf, camping and 'family time'. |

Mark Wahlmeier, O.D.
Dr. Mark Wahlmeier was also born and raised in western Kansas (Norton). He went on to Fort Hays State University where he played football for four years. After college sports he was ready to devote his time to academic studies at the University of Missouri-School of Optometry where he excelled to the top of his class receiving numerous awards and honors. Dr. Mark joined the practice in 2000 and enjoys being able to practice all facets of eye care with services for pediatric and adult patients. He is also available for sport’s vision consultation-helping maximize the sport enthusiasts vision and ability. He is proud to say that both the Colby and Goodland offices offer the latest technology available to give the patient a thorough eye heath assessment.
Dr. Mark and his wife, Amanda, have four children: sons, Jordan and Peyton and daughters, Kellyn and Breckyn. His family enjoys camping and other outdoor activities. He is also active in his church and several local organizations. |

Danielle McAtee O.D.
We are happy to welcome Danielle McAtee, O.D. to our offices. Danielle (Kreigh) McAtee was born and raised in St. Francis, Kansas. Even at an early age, Dr. McAtee knew that she wanted to pursue a career in the medical field. She attended Fort Hays State University where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in biology. She went on to complete her optometry degree at Indiana University’s School of Optometry. Dr. McAtee is licensed in all areas of eyecare, but her special interests include diseases of the eye and fitting people in contact lenses. In her free time, Dr. McAtee enjoys shopping, playing with her dogs and spending time with family and friends. She and her husband, Brock, are excited about returning to Northwest Kansas. “It’s good to be home.” says Dr. McAtee. “I’m looking forward to working and living in Goodland and becoming involved with this great community.” |
